This heavy duty bipod certainly looks the part being made of manganese phosphate with an anodized matte black finish. It may be a little heavier than most other bipods around and weighs in at 18.5 ounces, but it’s packed full of features including quick-detach and tool-less swivel adjustment, making it worth that little extra weight. The GG&G has silent deployment too which is something not all bipods have and is a nice touch. Bad points: For the money you pay, the quick detach function is not as “quick” as it could be. Other than that, it’s not a bad bipod and is worth the extra cash if you have it spare.
